by Train and Bus:

Get off the train at "Rifu Station" in the Tohoku Main Line, JRE.
Take a "MIyako" bus by way of "Sugayadai" or "Aobadai" from Rifu Station.
Get off the bus at "Sugayadai yon-cho-me". About 10 minutes from Rifu Station.
*Shuttle buses to/from Grande21 are not in service during the competition.
